1. Foreclosed or nearing Foreclosure on your home?

2. Is your loan at Select Portfolio Servicing (SPS) or held by Bank of New York Mellon?

If you answered “yes” to either of these questions, I want to hear from you (I am not an attorney or represent any legal or court entity)

Has your home been or is in the process of being foreclosed? Did you hire an attorney to take your case to court, a loan that was sold to you anywhere between 2002-2007 as a Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate, but was your case dismissed before you attorney could argue a case of fraud in court?

    MR GERALD C ESCALA IS A CORRUPT JUDGE THAT IS KNOWN TO DENY ANY AND ALL HOMEOWNERS DUE PROCESS OF LAW HE ALWAS ENGAGE IF FRAUD THE MAN IS DISHONEST ,IGNORE EVIDENCE,TWIST PROCEDURE,OBSTRUCT RECORDS ,RETALIATE,MANUFUCTURE FACTS AND IGNORE OTHERS HE ALWAYS DISMISS VALID CLAIMS,SUBORN PERJURY ,MISCHARACTEIZE PLEADINGS ,ENGAGE IN EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND INTENTIONALLY MISAPPLY LAWS. WHILE THE STATE OF NJ WERE LOOKING THE OTHER WAY THIS “JUDGE”HELPED THE BANKSTERS TO COMMIT FRAUD AND STEAL HOME IN BERGEN COUNTY.THE STATE OF NJ MUST LOOK AT ANY FORECLOSURE CASE OF THE PAST 2 YEARS TO SEE THE FRAUD AND PAIN THAT THIS JUDGE COMMITED AGINST BERGEN COUNTY NJ HOMEOWNERS

    Gerald c Escala is ,and was fraud, hundreds of homeowners in Bergen county N.J lost their homes without getting due process of law in his court.

    WE all heard that “judge” Gerald c Escala was bad news, crook and enemy of all Bergen county homeowners but we now hear, that his predecessor the new foreclosure “judge ” Edward a jerjian is just as bad and in fact, is even more ignorant and unfamiliar with foreclosure laws and NJ UCC then Gerald c escala ever was

    Folks the current foreclosure “judge ” Edward A Jerjian in Bergen county new jersey is fraud and corrupt just like judge Escala before him was. unless we the people demand this judge removal
    more homeowners will be denied fairness and due process of law

    I am in Ohio and was foreclosed during the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy of my ex-husband when my “property settlement” from my divorce was discharged. Please help me prove 11 U.S.C. Sec. 523 (a)(15) Unconstitutional, the “Adversary Proceeding” is Unconstitutional, the non-disclosure of Bankruptcy Form B2810 formerly B281 is Unconstitutional.
